In general, the more money a company is trying to borrow, the higher the interest on these funds, so the higher the marginal cost of capital. MCC should not be confused with the marginal cost of production, which refers to the extra cost of producing an additional unit of product.

Companies have three basic options for financing new capital, such as equipment or factories. These include reinvesting retained earnings, borrowing from investors using shares, or borrow from banks and taking on debt. Most companies wishing to invest in new capital will begin by investing retained earnings, because this form of financing has no associated costs.

CBSE 12th Class Results 2012: - The Central Board of Secondary Education is also known as the short name CBSE. Friends, today we will talk about CBSE Results 2012, which will be announced in June. Like every year, this year more than seven million students have participated in the 12th grade test. As we know, CBSE 12th class board exams were held from 1st March 2012, and April 4th, 2012 was over.  After the exam, promising students are waiting their results.

Last year, the board 12th class result was declared in May/June 2011. All students are informed of the CBSE 12th class results will be announced in June (6) 2012. Since the cost to the bank is minimal, the cost to the consumer in many cases is also minimal. Although there is usually a fee for online banking, can be extremely low. Those who participate in online banking can all agree that it is worth every penny. Not that you spend all Saturday morning to stand in a crowded bank line is justified for most. It may even pay for them selves since costs, such as shipping and ATM costs are reduced.

Online banking also eliminates paper waste, which is a plus, not only for those who already have the paper work to deal with, but also for the environment.

Of course there are also disadvantages.
Safety is always a problem with Internet transactions. Although the information is encrypted, and the chance of your account hacked are slim, it happens. Banks pay big bucks for high-tech firewalls to install. The chances are that your money is in good hands.

You're also missing the personal service. No smiley counter or representative will give you a receipt. Instead, except for what is printed in your account, all the paperwork is up to you. Always print copies of important transactions.

If you deposit cash or checks, you will still need to spend time at the ATM. unless a payment to you is directly deposited, this is what you always have to manually handle.

However, the advantages far greater than the risks. The convenience of online banking is a perk well worth the cost. What would you rather do, stand in a long line on a weekend morning or handle your transactions in the comfort of your own home?

A few days ago, the first trailer of Salman Khan's new film titled Ek Tha Tiger. The reactions to the trailer are fantastic and this is certainly a film that many people look forward to.

After seeing the movie people see a strong resemblance to the recently released film Agent Vinod which Saif Ali Khan was seen as a RAW agent, the role Salman now assumes for Ek Tha Tiger.

Various sources have already denied that the films are similar. "While Agent Vinod was told in a stylish way, Ek Tha Tiger is easily told."

Age Limit & Pay Scale

Candidates who want to fill the recruitment of Technician in RRB should be the ages (as on 01/07/2012) between eighteen (18) years to thirty (30) years. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Government rules). Railway Recruitment Board has fixed salary rs.5200 to 20200 with GP rs.2400 for the post of Technician Gr.II/Signal, and rs.5200 to 20200 with GP rs.1900 for all other Technician Gr.III Categories.
