Search for a small smartphone with Android, Samsung unveiled little thing called the Galaxy Pocket with a screen diagonal of 2.8" and a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. Samsung Galaxy Pocket features WiFi, GPS, accelerometer, digital compass, Bluetooth 3.0, Radio, 3.5 mm audio jack, camera with a resolution of 2 megapixels and battery with a capacity of 1200 mAh.
Galaxy Pocket working under the control of the Android 2.3 Gingerbread with TouchWiz overlay, also has a processor with frequency of 832MB (single-core of course) and 3GB of memory inside, which can extend through the slot for microSD cards. Samsung Pocket Galaxy will not be an expensive smartphone. Price admittedly was not disclosed, although we can expect prices to 6,999 (In India).
